Moong Daal / Paasi Paruppu Payasam

Wishing all a very happy tamil new year in advance....Quick and tasty moong daal payasam here for you.
Ingredients:
Moong Dal (ie) Paasi Paruppu - 1 cupJaggery dissolved in water - 1/2 cup or according to sweetnessMilk - 1/2 cupCardamom - 1 tspCoconut Milk - 3 tbspCashews broken and roasted in ghee - 2tsp
Method:
Pressure cook moong dal (with 1/2 cup of water) for 4 whistles and keep aside, It should be mashy enough.
Heat jaggery water till syrup consistency and switch off. Now add this jaggery syrup, milk, coconut milk, cardamom powder one at a time to the daal.
Stir well and bring it to one boil, bubbles will start coming and thats when you have to switch off.
Add ghee roasted cashews and serve hot/cold!
