New Commercial Pasta Machine: fresh dishes in a minute

Just found out about this but wow...

commercial pasta machine pasta makerAt the end of April food machine producer Meccanica H7 launched 'Pastitaly' - a new commercial fast-cooking machine that prepares fresh pasta dishes within four minutes.

It can deliver up to 300 portions of 100g without replenishing.

Sweet. Where do I try out one of these?

For those restaurants (I presume) curious about this, Meccanica H7 claims a payback period of mere months if serving 60 portions a day or more.
