Let's travel to south of Italy, to the region of Campania, with this lemon pasta recipe !

- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
- Wash and zest the lemon and then squeeze it.
- When the water boils, add the linguine into the pot.
- Melt the butter in a pan. Add a ladder of pasta water into the pan to make a creamy sauce.
- Add parmesan cheese into the sauce (keep some to decorate your plate later), lemon zests and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the pasta into the pan with the sauce (2 min before they finish cooking).
- Your pasta are ready when they're creamy !
- Arrange your pasta in a plate and add some chopped parsley, parmesan cheese and there you are !
