Preparation
Clean the shrimp by removing the legs, carapace and intestines. Next, cut them into small pieces, leaving some whole.
Brown the garlic in a pan with oil and butter, then add the shrimp and blanch them for a few minutes, stirring frequently.
Raise the flame and deglaze with white wine for about 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Lower the flame, then add the lemon juice and black pepper. Cook for about 2 more minutes, then turn off the heat. Remove the garlic from the pan.
Cook spirulina pasta in plenty of salted boiling water, following the instructions on the package.
Drain the spirulina pasta al dente and transfer them to the pan with the shrimp and lemon sauce (keep cooking water aside).
Saute the pasta in the pan with the sauce, adding cooking water if necessary.
