Ingredients

• 1 box of penne pasta
• 10 basil leaves, chopped
• 3 tomatoes, diced
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, diced
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
• salt and pepper
• parmesan cheese to top salad

Preparation

• Cook pasta as directed on box. Chop basil, cheese, and tomatoes and set aside to add to pasta when cooled.
• Mix together dressing; olive oil, lemon juice, italian seasoning and salt and pepper.
• Drizzle over the pasta. Top with parmesan cheese.
