Nutritious November

By Bake Bike Blog (Visit website)

Yes - that's right! Today is December 1st which means, aside from Christmas card writing and tree decorating, it's time for another monthly recap!

Did you miss my previous recaps? check them out here:

January Reflections February Frolics March Madness Awesome April Magical May Joyful June Jubilant July Adventurous August Sensational September Outstanding October

I honestly feel as if November disappeared in a blink of an eye. Between finalising our house construction, and training for the half ironman, I am surprised that I had time for anything else.

While Mystery Box started out a little slow, it had a rush towards the end of the month with 8 ingredients selected as inspiration for some tasty meals!

(Cabbage, strawberry, apple, black beans, thyme, olives, spelt, tofu). Follow the links to see what was made with each ingredient!

In training news, there is now less than 2 weeks until the big race, so naturally November included quite a bit of training. I managed to bike 237km, run 116 km and swim 19.2km - which is not as much as I had hoped - but it will have to do!

And, it seems there will be no slowing down in the BBB household as we move into the final month of 2010. Between moving into our new house, competing in the Half Ironman and preparing for our first time hosting Christmas lunch - it is sure to be a Delightful December!!

What about you? Was your November Nutritious?

Happy Baking :)
