Orecchiette cu verdeturi si unt

Reteta de vineri, mai usoara,  doar urmeaza weekendul cu mancaruri satioase :).

Ingrediente:

400g paste de tip orecchiette ( scoici cum le stim noi pe romaneste) 120g unt2 linguri patrunjel verde tocat fin2 lingura ceapa verde tocata fin1 lingurita cimbru tocat finsare, piper3 linguri branza rasa ( eu am pus cas)

Se fierb pastele, untul se freaca putin cu o lingura de lemn, se adauga sare, piper apoi pastele fierbinti ( fierte al dente si doar scurse de apa) . La sfarsit adaugam branza si amestecam.

Servim calde. Delicioase , va recomand sa folositi unt mai gras ( 82% grasime, eu am cumparat La Dorna merita pentru 50 de bani in plus fata de cel cu 65% grasime ).
