Ingredients:
1 cup ground nut roasted
2 green chillies chopped
4 flakes ginger
1 tsp garlic
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds
curry leaves
2 tsp coriander leaves
1 tsp sugar
water
3 tsp of oil
1 pinch hing
1 tsp mustard seeds

Preparation:
grind above ingrediants except curry leaves and water for few seconds.
Then add water to make a paste like dosa batter.
Take a samll pan,pour oil. When it becomes hot add mustard seeds, hing.
Mix up with chutney.
serve with chapati, paratha,dosa,idli or appam.
