Potatoes Curry Pie and Puff

Recently made some potatoes curry pie for breakfast servings. I have added some diced shitake mushroom to the potatoes and flavour with vegetarian curry powder. My husband said the fillings was not spicy hot enough although it still tastes good. Emm....suitable for breakfast as too spicy hot may be damaging to the digestive system.

I also made some into curry puff shapes for smaller serving. Usually, curry puffs are deep fried but I baked them together with the curry pies since I was using the same puff pastry meant for pie.
