Pui cu curry

Introducerea la reteta asta ar fi urmatoarea; sincer aveam o oarecare retinere fata de curry. L-am folosit la cateva retete dar in cantitati mici si nu m-a  incantat foarte mult... pana ieri cand am gatit aceasta reteta, excelenta zic eu, in care se foloseste o cantitate mai mare de curry. Poate asta era secretul, trebuia sa folosesc mai mult ca sa-mi dau seama de gust sau poate combinatia cu carnea de pui... habar nu am , stiu un singur lucru, azi sotul meu m-a intrebat cand repet reteta :) asa ca o consider succes garantat !
Ingrendiente:
 600 g piept de pui (se pot folosi si pulpe dezosate)
1 dovlecel
2 morcovi ( eu nu am pus)
1 mar galben
1 ceapa
2 catei de usturoi
3-4 lingurite cu curry
sare
1/4 ceasca ulei
1 ardei ( eu am pus jumatate rosu, jumatate galben)
2 rosii
Se taie pieptul de pui bucatele si se caleste 10 minute in ulei. Se adauga 1 lingurita de curry, sare si se amesteca pana se coloreaza frumos in galben-portocaliu.

Scoatem carnea de pui si adaugam ceapa taiata fin, pe care o calim cateva minute si apoi punem si usturoiul taiat marunt. Amestecam, adaugam rosiile curatate si taiate bucatele , carnea de pui si lasam sa fiarba la foc mic timp de 10 minute. Intre timp daca scade apa adaugam putina apa astfel incat sosul sa ramana gros. Adaugam si restul legumelor taiate felii ( sa nu uitati de morcovi) , 1 lingurita de curry si mai lasam inca 10-15 minute. Punem si marul curatat si taiat bucati mai mari si amestecam.

Mai adaugam 1 polonic de apa pentru sos. Cu cateva minute inainte de-a stinge focul mai adaugam 1 lingurita de curry. 
Daca folositi pulpe dublati timpul de coacere.
Servim cu garnitura de orez. E picant , deloc dulce asa cum imi inchipuiam .
