Pui Shanghai

Ingrediente:
- piept de pui fiert
- 2 oua
- susan
- pesmet
- faina
- boia dulce
- sare
- usturoi
- curry
- piper
- busuioc
- boia iute
- cimbru
Amestecam faina + boia dulce + sare + usturoi + curry + piper + busuioc + boia iute + cimbru si apoi turnam intr-o punga.

Bagam bucatelele de pui in punga si zbatem bine pana se acopera cu faina condimentata, apoi le trecem prin ou batut si la sfarsit prin pesmet amestecat cu susan. Prajim si pofta buna !

FOARTE IMPORTANT: Se mananca imediat, calde...sunt divine, se topesc in gura...merg si reci, dar nu e acelasi lucru.
