Red bean kababs
½ kg Kidney beans 1 Chopped onions 2 Eggs5-6 Garlic 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder 3 tbsp Chopped coriander 3 tbsp Chopped green chilies 3 tbsp Corn flour1 /2tsp Black pepper powder 1-1/2 tbsp Red chili powder 1/2 tsp Baking soda Oil as required
Directions Soak the kidney beans over night with ½ tsp baking soda Boil the beans till tender then chop them in a food processor Now add the onions, coriander powder, garlic red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder , salt, green chilies and chopped coriander.To bind the mixture together adds the eggs and corn flour. After mixing form medium shaped patties.Heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs till golden brown. Serve with salad leaves and chutney.related searches : Red
