Roimias - Almond Nougat Cookies

I made another batch of Almond Nougat Cookies this afternoon. The last time I baked this cookie, I used a wrong nozzle to pipe the cookies so was quite diff from what I learnt. I bought another nozzle to try it again. Yeah! At least this time looked better. But mine is a smaller version.
