Salmon in Papillote

Sprinkle some salt and pepper on all of them. ![]() Slice a red bell pepper into small strips. Have you child cut your tomatoes in halves or quarters. Then with a potato peeler have your child slice very thin strips of zucchini. Chop some shallots thinly. ![]() Then place all veggies evenly on each foil. Chop dill thinly and place on salmon. Then drizzle only a small amount of white wine on each fish. ![]() With the aluminum foil close the packages and seal it so that no air can come out of it. tighten every edge. place in the oven for about 30 minutes. Carefully open each package and serve. I love this with some good Basmati rice. Enjoy. This is probably the healthiest way to each fish. There are no oils added and the fish is made in its broth. The fish comes out fresh and juicy and it almost feels like you just fished it! You can add any vegetable you like to the dish but be careful not to over-power the fish.
