  • Dice all of your vegetables and saute sausage, peppers, celery and onions in a skillet with olive oil, about 5 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes, paprika, garlic clove, thyme, and pepper. Simmer over medium heat while rice cooks.
  • Serve over rice and enjoy!
