Ingredients:
For broth/stock
200g chicken bones
1 large onion
Simmer both together with 3/4 litre of water for about 45 mins. Strain the broth and pour into a pot
Other ingredients
20 wanton skin
100g minced chicken meat
1 stalk spring onions - schredded
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp grounded/blended ginger
1 tsp cornflour
110g mustard leaves - washed and broken into large pieces
some coriander leaves
pepper - as needed
salt to taste

Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the chicken,spring onions, oyster sauce, ginger, cornflour and salt.
Spread one piece of the wanton skin and add about 1/2 tsp of the mixed chicken in the centre.
Dap the corners of the skin with some water, after which bring all the corners together and pressed.
When the stock is boiling, add needed salt and pepper inside.
Drop the wanton parcels inside.
Skim out any impurities at the same time.
Add the mustard leaves and let it boil just for another 2-3min.
Off the heat and lastly the coriander leaves go in.
