it's no surprise that i am a huge Voltaggio fan. local boys who did very well on Top Chef. i've been to Volt twice already and i have resos for Table21 in May. pressed much?

for two friends' 30th birthdays recently, i made the NYTimes Chocolate Chip Cookies and Nuria made the majority of these beauties. recipe/video.

basically: Pop Rocks + Melted Chocolate + Love = Party in Your Mouth.
