Almond pralines with air fryer!

- parchment paper

Almond pear tart, or the famous bourdaloue
Preparation
Mix sugar, water and almonds.
Transfer to the Air Fryer tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F/180°C. Stir occasionally.
Then bake for 5 minutes at 390°F/200°C.
Leave to cool for ten minutes or so before unhooking them from each other (the caramel should be set).

Can this recipe be made with other nuts?
Yes, you can! Adjust the amount of sugar according to the number of nuts you're going to use. The more nuts you use, the more you need to add (peanuts for example).
How do I store these pralines?
Store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
Can I make praliné spread with pralines?
Of course, all you have to do is blend them once the caramel has set. When the texture is smooth, the praliné is ready!
