This is a rice variety which i used to give to my 1 year old boy. He likes it so much, so i used to give him often. This is a tasty weaning recipe made of simple ingredients including chicken (which most of the people used to give to their kids, above 1 yr).
Chicken pieces (flesh) - 3-4 nos
Tomato - 1 no
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1 pod
Potato - 1/2 (peeled)
Rice - 1 cup (uncooked)
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Pepper powder - 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Ghee - 1 tsp
1) Pressure cook all these above ingredients except salt and ghee till they are fully cooked.
2) Drain the water and blend them with salt and ghee (according to your consistency). serve hot.
