The outside is slightly crunchy, the inside melt-in-your-mouth, and each bite is a concentrate of comfort. A perfect recipe for lovers of cinnamon and regressive sweets ;)

- 1 ice-cream scoop (optional)
- parchment paper
Preparation
Cinnamon cream:
Mix the softened butter, vergeoise (or brown) sugar and cinnamon to form a homogeneous paste.Cookie dough:
Whisk together butter and sugar.
When the mixture is creamy, add the egg, salt and vanilla and mix. The mixture should become crumbly.
Add the flour and baking powder (you can add them in batches) and mix until the cookie dough is smooth.
Add the cinnamon cream and mix coarsely to create marbling.
Using an ice-cream scoop, form balls on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment.
*You can make 5 or 6, depending on the size of your cookies.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C and place the cookies in the oven for 11 minutes. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
Icing:
Mix cream cheese, milk, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
Top the cookies with icing and enjoy!
