Prepare the filling: mix cream cheese, curry, salt, and pepper.
Cut the filo pastry sheets in half. Fold the rounded edge to create a rectangular sheet.
Place about 1 tablespoon of filling at one end. Fold the samosa: fold the filo pastry to form a triangle.
Fold again until a bit of pastry remains. Brush the remaining pastry with beaten egg and press to seal the samosa.
Place the samosas on parchment paper, brush each side with a little olive oil, and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C (390°F).
It's ready!
