Let's make these curry samosas as appetizers !

Ingredients

Number of serving: 6
120 gr cream cheese

1 tbsp curry

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

3 filo pastry sheets

1 egg

1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Curry samosas
    Prepare the stuffing : mix cream cheese + curry + salt + pepper.
  • Step 2 - Curry samosas
    Cut the filo pastry sheets in half. Fold the sheet in half.
  • Step 3 - Curry samosas
    Put some stuffing at one edge and fold the samosa : fold into triangles.
  • Step 4 - Curry samosas
    Fold again and brush the sheet left with egg wash. Press the samosa to close it.
  • Step 5 - Curry samosas
    Put the samosas on a baking sheet and brush the two sides with olive oil. Bake 10 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
  • Step 6 - Curry samosas
    There you are !
