- Prepare the stuffing : mix cream cheese + curry + salt + pepper.
- Cut the filo pastry sheets in half. Fold the sheet in half.
- Put some stuffing at one edge and fold the samosa : fold into triangles.
- Fold again and brush the sheet left with egg wash. Press the samosa to close it.
- Put the samosas on a baking sheet and brush the two sides with olive oil. Bake 10 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
- There you are !
