Curry chicken club sandwich
You're going to love this sandwich! If you enjoy juicy sandwiches with sauce, this one is for you! If you don't like chicken, you can use tuna or tofu instead.

Preparation
Toast 2 of the 3 slices of bread.
In a bowl, mix the curry sauce with the shredded cooked chicken.
Place one toasted slice of bread as the base. On top, add half of the chicken and curry mixture.
Add a lettuce leaf on top. Then, place the un-toasted slice of bread.
On top of the bread, add the second lettuce leaf and the remaining chicken and curry mixture. Finally, close the sandwich with the second toasted slice of bread.
And there you have it, your club sandwich is ready!
Observations
To prepare your own curry sauce : mix 1 yogurt with 1 tsp curry (more or less)
