Prawn and mango verrines

  • 6 verrines glasses
  • 1 chopper
  • 1 frying pan
  • 6 skewers


  • Step 1 - Prawn and mango verrines
    Remove the prawn skin and leave only the tail.
  • Step 2 - Prawn and mango verrines
    Mix the Cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and olive oil. Add the prawns and mix well. You can let them marinate before cooking if you wish.
  • Step 3 - Prawn and mango verrines
    Cook the prawn in a skillet over medium heat for about 4 min per side (or more if raw).
  • Step 4 - Prawn and mango verrines
    Cut the mango into cubes and keep 6 (for 6 parts). You can keep 6 that are the same size.
  • Step 5 - Prawn and mango verrines
    Prick a prawn and a mango cube on a skewer pick.
  • Step 6 - Prawn and mango verrines
    Put the remaining mango pieces, lime juice and ginger in a chopper and mix until smooth.
  • Step 7 - Prawn and mango verrines
    Divide the mixture among the glasses and place the skewers on top, mango side down.
  • Step 8 - Prawn and mango verrines
    And there you are, your verrines are ready !

You can replace the mango coulis with guacamole for example. You can also replace the mango cubes with cherry tomatoes if you wish.
