Preparation
Start by peeling the onion and cutting it into thin slices.
Brown the lardons in a hot frying pan. When the fat escapes from the lardons, add the onions and cook.
Mix cream, salt and pepper.
Cut the Reblochon cheese into slices.
Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut the top of the loaf as deeply as possible to fill it.
Brush the interstices of the bread with the cream.
Add the slices of Reblochon cheese in the interstices.
Finally, spread the cooked onion and bacon mixture evenly over the bread.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
