2.5 oz chocolate (70 gr)

salted caramel

Silicone chocolate mold

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Caramel and almond chocolates
    Melt the chocolate. With a brush, line the interior of the mold with the melted chocolate.
  • Step 2 - Caramel and almond chocolates
    Put the mold in the fridge for 10 minutes then repeat the operation. Put the mold again in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3 - Caramel and almond chocolates
    Pour some salted caramel up to the middle and then add crushed almonds . Fill the chocolates with salted caramel. Put them 1 hour in the freezer .
  • Step 4 - Caramel and almond chocolates
    Finally, pour some melted chocolate on top to "close" the chocolates. Put them in the fridge for 10 minutes. Unmold carefully.
  • Step 5 - Caramel and almond chocolates
    There you are, your homemade chocolates are ready !
