Ingredients

Number of serving: 6
2.5 oz chocolate

2 oz grated coconut

2 oz condensed milk

Materials

Silicone chocolate mold

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Coconut chocolates Bounty style
    Melt the chocolate. With a brush, line the interior of the mold with the melted chocolate.
  • Step 2 - Coconut chocolates Bounty style
    Put the mold in the fridge for 10 minutes then repeat the operation. Put the mold again in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3 - Coconut chocolates Bounty style
    Mix the grated coconut with the condensed milk and make a paste. Form a ball with the paste and fill the molds with this balls.
  • Step 4 - Coconut chocolates Bounty style
    Finally, pour some melted chocolate on top to "close" the chocolates. Put them in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Step 5 - Coconut chocolates Bounty style
    There you are, your coconut chocolates are ready !
