250 g plain flour

150 g sugar

150 ml coconut milk


1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pandan essence

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350F or 180F.
  • Beat the sugar, eggs and salt until stiff.
  • Add the flour bit by bit and combine well using a wooden spatula.
  • Add the coconut milk and pandan essence, combine well.
  • Transfer the batter into a lightly greased baking form, bake for 20 minutes or until set.
  • If you want to steam, it takes 30 minutes
