Cherries and chocolate blondie bars, the perfect crunchy and fondant cake

- 1 cake pan 8x8 inches (20x20 cm)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Mix the egg with the brown sugar.
Add melted butter and vanilla extract and mix. Then add the flour and salt.
And finally, stir in the chocolate chips and the washed and pitted (or halved) cherries.
Pour the batter into a greased mold. Distribute the cherries well.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Leave to cool for at least 1 hour, then serve. Enjoy!
Observations
Why let it cool for 1 hour?
So that the cake regains a more compact consistency. The butter will cool and harden.
