Cherries and chocolate blondie bars, the perfect crunchy and fondant cake

- 1 cake pan 8x8 inches (20x20 cm)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Mix the egg with the brown sugar.
- Add melted butter and vanilla extract and mix. Then add the flour and salt.
- And finally, stir in the chocolate chips and the washed and pitted (or halved) cherries.
- Pour the batter into a greased mold. Distribute the cherries well.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- Leave to cool for at least 1 hour, then serve. Enjoy!
Observations
Why let it cool for 1 hour?
So that the cake regains a more compact consistency. The butter will cool and harden.
