Chocolate flan (gluten-free)

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the split vanilla bean, and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, mix the cornstarch, egg, egg yolk, sugar, and cream. Add the boiling milk and cocoa powder, and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Return the mixture to the saucepan and thicken over medium heat.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
