- Break the eggs into the bowl and add the sugar (you can add the vanilla flavouring at this stage if you choose to use it).
- Whisk until lightly frothy.
- Add flour all at once. Whisk until smooth. Set aside for later use.
- In a saucepan, break up the chocolate and add the butter, cut into pieces.
- Melt over low heat. Alternatively, melt the mixture in the microwave.
- Add the melted mixture to the previous batter. Whisk well.
- Grease the ramekins with butter and place the batter in the ramekins.
- Place ramekins in air fryer set to 410°F/210°C. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes to get a runny center.
- And now it's ready!
Observations
Don't have an Air Fryer?
You can bake your fondants in the oven.
Simply preheat the oven to 410°F/210°C. Cooking time will be about the same (6 to 7 minutes).
Prefer to share?
Choose a round mold and slightly extend the baking time (approx. 5 minutes).
