Break the eggs into the bowl and add the sugar (you can add the vanilla flavouring at this stage if you choose to use it).
Whisk until lightly frothy.
Add flour all at once. Whisk until smooth. Set aside for later use.
In a saucepan, break up the chocolate and add the butter, cut into pieces.
Melt over low heat. Alternatively, melt the mixture in the microwave.
Add the melted mixture to the previous batter. Whisk well.
Grease the ramekins with butter and place the batter in the ramekins.
Place ramekins in air fryer set to 410°F/210°C. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes to get a runny center.

Observations
Don't have an Air Fryer?
You can bake your fondants in the oven.
Simply preheat the oven to 410°F/210°C. Cooking time will be about the same (6 to 7 minutes).
Prefer to share?
Choose a round mold and slightly extend the baking time (approx. 5 minutes).
