Oat Fiber Buttermilk Pancakes

½ cup oat fiber

½ cup almond flour

4 packets stevia

½ teaspoon salt

1 Tablespoon oil (coconut, vegetable, grapeseed)

1 cup buttermilk


  • Mix dry ingredients together. Whisk in buttermilk and eggs until well combined.
  • Drop batter by tablespoon onto heated griddle.
  • Step 3 - Oat Fiber Buttermilk Pancakes
    Cook until each side is browned.
  • Serve warm with butter.
