Enjoy fig season with these nice ways to roast them !

Ingredients

• 4 ripe figs
• chocolate
• sugar
• butter
• honey
• powdered almonds

Preparation

• Clean the figs well. Cut the stem, then cut them in quarters without going all the way.
• Put a fig in a ramekin, lightly open it. Put a little piece of butter and sprinkle with sugar.
• You can also put a piece of chocolate.
• Or you can replace it by some honey and powdered almonds.
• Bake 10 minutes at 360°F.
• There you are, your roasted figs are ready !
