Ingredients

Number of serving: 3
8 oz cooked chickpeas (250 gr)

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp curry powder

1 tsp paprika

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Roasted chickpeas with curry (Baked chickpeas)
    Preheat your oven to 390°F. In a bowl, mix the chickpeas, the olive oil, the salt, the pepper, the curry powder and the paprika.
  • Step 2 - Roasted chickpeas with curry (Baked chickpeas)
    Put them on a baking sheet and bake them at 390°F during 15 minutes.
  • Step 3 - Roasted chickpeas with curry (Baked chickpeas)
    There you are, your roasted chickpeas are ready! You can eat them as an appetizer but also sprinkled in a salad or in a buddha bowl ;-)
