Tiramisu charlotte - tiramisu without eggs

- Put some plastic foil at the bottom of the springform pan. Dip quickly some lady fingers in some coffee, on the smooth side of the biscuit.
- Arrange them all around the pan (smooth side inside), and line the bottom with dipped lady fingers.
- In a bowl, put the cold whipping cream, the icing sugar and the mascarpone. Whip quickly until the whisk leaves trails in the cream, and the cream is thick.
- Cover the lady fingers with some cream. Sprinkle some cocoa powder on top. Fully dip the lady fingers in coffee, and put them on top.
- Repeat Step 4 one or two times depending on thetickness of your layers.
- Finish with a layer of biscuits, wrap the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Transfer the rest of the cream in a piping bag and pipe some cream on top of your charlotte to decorate it. Sprinkle some cocoa powder on top. There you are, your charlotte is ready !
