Eggless Pineapple cake

Cooking time: 40 min
Serves: 9" square cake

All Purpose flour: 1.5 cups
Sugar: 1 cup
Baking powder: 2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp
Canola oil: 2/3 cp
Milk: 1/4 cup
Pinapple: 1 cup
Cardomom powder: 1 tsp

Preheat the oven to 350F for 15 min

Sift All purpose flour,baking powder and salt to gether

Blend the pineapple in a mixie or blender to a paste

Add pineapple puree, oil, milk, vanilla essence and cardomom powder to the sifted flour and mix well using a whisk.(No need to beat the mixture)

Pour it in a 9" greased square pan and bake for 35 min approximately. Insert a tooth pick in the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.

Allow it to cool , flip the cake and cut it into pieces.

This cake tastes wonderful without frosting as well.
