If you like donuts, why don't you bake a gigantic one to really sooth any craving?

Ingredients

Number of serving: 8
1.5 cups flour

3/4 cup sugar

2/3 cup butter

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp vanilla sugar




1 Tbsp flour

1.5 cups icing sugar

1 oz milk

food coloring

sugar pearls

Round cake mold
Piping bag

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Donut cake (giant XXL donut)
    Combine the flour, the salt, the sugar, the vanilla ugar, and the eggs.
  • Step 2 - Donut cake (giant XXL donut)
    Melt the butter and add it to the batter.
  • Step 3 - Donut cake (giant XXL donut)
    Pour the 2/3 of the batter in the greased mold. Dip the raspberries into some flour, then place them all around the cake. Cover with the batter left.
  • Step 4 - Donut cake (giant XXL donut)
    Bake 40 minutes at 320°F (160°C).
  • Step 5 - Donut cake (giant XXL donut)
    Mix the icing sugar with the milk. Add a few drops of food coloring.
  • Step 6 - Donut cake (giant XXL donut)
    Using a piping bag, pour the icing in a thin stream on the cake making circles.
  • Step 7 - Donut cake (giant XXL donut)
    The icing will gradually spread on the cake.
  • Step 8 - Donut cake (giant XXL donut)
    Sprinkle with some sugar pearls. Leave to rest 10 minutes.
  • Step 9 - Donut cake (giant XXL donut)
    There you are, your donut cake is ready!
