Looking for a refreshing cocktail that's easy to make for your party or to drink with italian appetizers? Try the Bellini, the Italian peach cocktail! A sparkling blend of peach juice (or peach puree) and prosecco! Bellini was born in Venice in the 1940s, its creation is attributed to Giuseppe Cipriani, founder of the famous Harry's Bar. He named the cocktail in homage to the painter Giovanni Bellini, whose works evoked the cocktail's orange hues.

Observations
Can peach juice be used to make Bellini?
Here we've used peach juice to make this Bellini. This cocktail is traditionally made with peach puree. However, it's harder to find and can be replaced by peach nectar, peach juice and why not peach syrup! The sweetness will vary according to what you use.
Do we use ice cubes in the Bellini?
You can if you like, but we recommend that you place the ingredients in a cool place and prepare this cocktail directly before consuming it!
