FAQ ❓
Can peach juice be used to make Bellini?
Here we've used peach juice to make this Bellini. This cocktail is traditionally made with peach puree. However, it's harder to find and can be replaced by peach nectar, peach juice and why not peach syrup! The sweetness will vary according to what you use.
Do we use ice cubes in the Bellini?
You can if you like, but we recommend that you place the ingredients in a cool place and prepare this cocktail directly before consuming it!
