Ingredients

(A) :

• 12 pieces chicken wings
• 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
• 1 cm ginger finely chopped
• 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 1 tablespoon cayenne powder / chilli powder (optional)
• 1/4 teaspoon ground blackpepper
• salt

(B):

• 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour ( add more if needed)
• 1 teaspoon cayenne powder
• Oil for frying

Preparation

• Mix ingredients (A) in a large bowl. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for atleast 2 hours.
• Put ingredients (B) in a ziplock bag. Place few pieces of marinated chicken pieces into the bag, zip and shake well.
• Deep fry the chicken pieces in batches and drain on paper towel.
• Serve with chilli or tomato ketchup.
