In a pot, heat the olive oil, then add the chopped onions and garlic cloves.
Add the meat, then the spices
Once the meat is cooked, add the pepper cut in pieces, and the tomato pulp. Stir.
Cover with water, and simmer at low heat for 2 hours.
Then, add the red beans and the corn. Stir, and cook at medium heat for 15 minutes.
