1/4 onion

1 cabbage leaf



1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 cm piece fresh ginger

1 garlic clove

fresh parsley

a little olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 cm piece fresh ginger

a little olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the minced meat with the other ingredients.

Step 2

Shape the dough into rounded long cylinder. On a floured surface, cut the cylinder into circles. Press palm down on each piece to form a flat circle.

Step 3

With a rolling pin, roll out a circular wrapper from each flat disc. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each wrapper and fold the dough in half, pleating the edges along one side.

Step 4

Heat water in a wok, place grid over it, spread some cabbage leaves over the grid and put the dumplings on them.

Step 5

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and use this sauce to drizzle over the dumplings along with some sliced red hot chilli pepper and some parsley, or to dip the dumplings in it.
