Coconut shrimp curry
Dear curry lovers, here is a simple and delicious curry, simply matching coconut milk and shrimp!
Ingredients
Number of serving: 2
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp curry
1/2 tsp turmeric
salt
pepper
olive oil
Preparation
- Mince the onion. Heat some olive oil in a pan and cook the onion in it. Once it gets translucid, add the crushed garlic clove, the ginger and the lime juice.
- Mix well and cook for a minute. Add the coconut milk, the curry, the turmeric, the salt and pepper. Stir and leave to cook for a few minutes.
- Finally add the shrimp (without the shells), stir and leave a few minutes more.
- There you are, your coconut shrimp curry is ready!
