300 g of meat

lotus root

red dates

lotus seeds


1 litre of water

a pinch of salt

Preparation

  • Parboil the meat to remove the scum.
  • Put all the ingredients into a pot.
  • Bring to a boil on low heat.
  • If using a thermal pot, boil for 20 minutes before transferring to thermal pot.
  • Add salt to taste before serving.
