Ingredients

• (A)
• 1 pkt Mee Tai Bak
• 1-2 Eggs (beaten)
• 3 tablespoons 'Hae Bee Hiang'
• 2 stalks Spring onions
• (B)
• 150 g Pork (Sliced into strips & seasoned it)
• Optional: 1no Sausage (Sliced)
• 1/2 no Cabbages (Sliced thinly) or beansprout
• 3 nos Dried mushroom (soften & sliced)
• (3-4 cloves Garlic (Chopped)

Seasoning for pork:

• 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 1 teaspoons maggi seasoning
• 1 teaspoons sesame oil
• 1/2 teaspoons cornflour
• pepper

Seasoning:

• 2 teaspoons fish sauce
• 1 teaspoon light soya sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 2 tablespoons water

Preparation

• Heat up wok, add 1 tablespoon oil and half portion of the chopped garlic and fry till fragrant.
• Add (B) to stir fry for 2 minutes, dish out.
• In a clean wok, heat 1 tablespoon oil, add in balance chopped garlic and fry till fragrant.
• Add egg and scramble it, then add in 'hae bee hiang' fry till fragrant.
• Add mee tai bak, mix for 1 minute.
• Lastly, add back the cooked (B) and seasoning, fry till cooked.
• Top with spring onion and serve.
