- Heat up wok, add 1 tablespoon oil and half portion of the chopped garlic and fry till fragrant.
- Add (B) to stir fry for 2 minutes, dish out.
- In a clean wok, heat 1 tablespoon oil, add in balance chopped garlic and fry till fragrant.
- Add egg and scramble it, then add in 'hae bee hiang' fry till fragrant.
- Add mee tai bak, mix for 1 minute.
- Lastly, add back the cooked (B) and seasoning, fry till cooked.
- Top with spring onion and serve.
