How to make honey chilly potato

200 g potato fingers

50 ml honey

2 tea spoon til

5 dry chilly

1 tea spoon vinegar

50 g cornflour

½ tea spoon chopped ginger

Salt and sugar


  • Mix potato with corn flour and deep fry till its colour changes into brown.
  • Heat the oil and add dry chilly and than ginger.
  • Add honey, souse and fried potatoes and stir.
  • Add vinegar and wait for 5- minutes and serve it decorated and spring onions.
