Ingredients

• 500g chicken (cut into bite sizes)
• 1 tbsp grounded/blended ginger
• 1 tbsp grounded/blended garlic
• 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Chinese wine
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp worcheshire sauce
• 2 tbsp plain chilly powder (or as you prefer)
• 1 large onion (sliced into smaller pieces)
• 2 sprigs curry leaves
• 2 tbsp oil
• salt to taste

Preparation

• Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients except onion and curry leaves.
  Put back in the fridge and marinate overnight, if not at least 4-5 hours.
  Heat oil and when oil is heated, put in the chicken pieces.
  Once the chicken is cooked and soaked in a thick gravy, add the onions and curry leaves.
  Continue to stir for another 4-5 mins before removing from heat.
