Have you ever tried konjac pasta? Without gluten or animal product, these are made from a plant, and are low in calories. The best way to have an healthy meal!

Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
7 ounces konjac pasta

1/2 onion

1 garlic clove


herbs

salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Konjac spaghetti with tomato
    Rinse the pasta, and cook them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Strain and put aside.
  • Step 2 - Konjac spaghetti with tomato
    In a pan, put some olive oil, and sauté the chopped onion and garlic. Add the peeles and diced tomatoes, and stir.
  • Step 3 - Konjac spaghetti with tomato
    Leave to cook for 10 minutes at medium heat, stirring once in a while. Add salt, pepper, and herbs.
  • Step 4 - Konjac spaghetti with tomato
    Add the pasta and stir well.
  • Step 5 - Konjac spaghetti with tomato
    There you are, your Konjac spaghetti are ready!
