Made slits to chicken pieces and applied masala..keep it in fridge for 4hours. Take small bowl,beat the egg and dip the drumsticks in it.
In a plate mix bread crumbs,salt and cumin seed powder. Roll the drumsticks in bread crumbs powder .
Placed on braking tray lined with silver foil..baked at 175 degree for 15 mints on both side.
Clean the chicken drumsticks and make slits with knife so that masala goes well in it.
Take a small bowl,add chili,coriander,garam masala,turmeric,cumin seeds powders along with ginger garlic paste,oil and required salt.Mix well.
Now rub this masala to the chicken drumsticks properly and keep it in fridge for 4hours or overnight.
Once 4 hours is done. In plate add bread crumbs powder along with salt and cumin seeds powder.Mix well.
Now beat the egg in a small bowl.Then dip the drumsticks well in the egg mixture and then roll them in breadcrumbs mixture.Do the same procedure for the remaining pieces.
Lay them on a baking tray lined with silver foil and bake at 175 degree for 15 minutes on both sides or till the top turns light brown colour.
Allow it to cool for 2 to 3 minutes and enjoy tasty n delicious chicken drumsticks..
