Oven marinated chicken drumsticks - super quick to make!
You can never have too many quick and tasty recipes, can you? Today, we're treating ourselves to oven-marinated chicken drumsticks that are super-quick to prepare, but so delicious! No fuss, just take 5 minutes to prepare the marinade (olive oil, smoked paprika, herbes de Provence and a little garlic), and off you go to the oven! And if you're looking for a little variety, you can try your hand at Mexican and Japanese marinades ;) Follow the steps in the recipe below:

- 1 ovenproof glass canister

Preparation
Pour the olive oil into the bowl, add the salt and pepper, smoked paprika, herbes de Provence and crushed garlic clove.
Place the two chicken drumsticks on top.
Close the container and shake to distribute the marinade evenly.
*If you don't have an airtight glass container: mix everything together in a casserole dish and cover with cling film.Rest the chicken for 1 hour in the fridge, then remove the lid/foil and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F/200°C for 30 minutes.
Ready to eat! Perfect for snacking on a TV set!
Observations
Can this recipe be made in the Air Fryer?
You can cook the chicken drumsticks in the Air Fryer without any problem! No need to preheat ;-)
What marinades can I use for chicken drumsticks?
We've also made a Japanese marinade and a Mexican marinade!
How to store marinated chicken drumsticks?
Place them in an airtight container (it can be the same one used for cooking) in the refrigerator for 3 days.
