First take the Plantain peel cut this into long lenght wise and clean well with water. Place the pan and heat it.
When it gets heat add the oil.When the oil gets heat add the plantain peel,turmeric and salt.
Mix it well and cover and cook in low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes the peel cooks well now add the chilli powder and pepper and mix well.
Finally add the curry leaves and fry for 1 more minute and transfer the curry to serving bowl.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
