- First take the Plantain peel cut this into long lenght wise and clean well with water. Place the pan and heat it.
- When it gets heat add the oil.When the oil gets heat add the plantain peel,turmeric and salt.
- Mix it well and cover and cook in low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes the peel cooks well now add the chilli powder and pepper and mix well.
- Finally add the curry leaves and fry for 1 more minute and transfer the curry to serving bowl.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
