Smoked salmon, lemon and chives loaf cake
Loaf cakes are always a good idea and here is a new recipe that should delight you! A cake that is easy to make and tastes ultra fresh thanks to the combination of salmon and lemon.It will be ideal on your aperitif table, to slip into an airtight box for a meal at work or to place on a plate accompanied by a salad for a simple and effective dinner.

- Moule à cake 24x11 cm
Preparation
- Take the zest of 1 lemon and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Cut the smoked salmon slices into small pieces and chop the chives.
- Mix together the eggs, lemon juice, flour, baking powder and pepper.
- Add the oil and mix then pour in the milk little by little and incorporate it well.
- Add the garnish (lemon zest, smoked salmon and chives) to the dough and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
- Bake the cake in the oven (preheated) for 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- And there you are, the cake is ready! Serve it hot or cold ;-)

Wrap it well in cling film and place it in a cool place for up to 5 days maximum.
